AI Evaluation & Reliability Lab EVL is a bilingual, evidence-aware workbench for evaluation contracts and deterministic AI release decisions. The contract under edit, the selected target, and the evaluation result stay in the browser; only an explicitly exported envelope leaves the workbench, and no certification is issued.
